Two days of Stateline Shootout to end Stateline’s 60th anniversary year!

Busti, NY (September 7, 2016): How does one cap off a year of celebration for one of the premier race tracks in the tri-state area? With a giant three-day show of racing for all regular classes plus even more! On the card for the Friday-Saturday extravaganza of racing action will be NINE classes of racers! Plus! On Friday after racing is complete, fans will be entertained by Pitch Black DJ in or near the pit tech barn. All fans and campers are welcome to stop by and party!

  The Stateline Shootout weekend will start out on Thursday, September 8 with an open practice session for all classes from 6PM to 9PM at the New Stateline Speedway Presented by LiteHouse Auto. The open session will be the only practice of the weekend with the grounds opening at 3 PM for all campers (no hook-up) and racers to settle in for the weekend. With no charge for camping the sites will be ‘first-come; first-serve’. Pit fees are only $20 per person (all ages above 14) for pit entrance with the grandstands free to the public. There will be limited concessions in the pit only.     Friday night the action will get underway at 7:30 PM the “Battle at the Border” featuring full programs of heat racing and B-Mains for the Overhead Door of Jamestown Super Late Models culminating in a 38-lap feature sanctioned by the UFo, paying $2500 to win PLUS heats , B-Mains, and a 35-lap feature for the BRP Big Block Modified Tour, also paying $2500 to win. The Shults Auto Group RUSH Crate Late Models, the Sugar Grove Beverage Outlaw E-Mods, and Fox’s Pizza Den Street Stocks will run qualifying heats only on Friday. The Rusted Nutz ProMods will also run a full program (feature only if less than twelve cars).   Saturday racing will start at 7 PM with “Penn-Yorker”, a night of racing featuring the UFo/Overhead Door of Jamestown Super Late Models racing for $5000 to win in a 55-lap finale to cap off the racing season after a full card of heats and B-Mains. Joining the Super Late Models will be the B-Mains and feature events for the weekend in the Shults Auto Group RUSH Crate Late Models paying $2000 for the “Bill Law Memorial", a $1400 to win feature for the Sugar Grove Beverage Outlaw E-Mods, $600 to win for the Fox’s Pizza Den Street Stocks, $250 to win Pure Stock feature, $350 to win Himes Auction Sportsmen feature, and $200 to win Bailey’s Towing & Recovery Challenger/FWD feature. The Sportsmen will require 12 cars before heat races are run. The Pure Stock car, not usually run at Stateline, will follow the rules in place at Bradford, McKean, and Hummingbird Speedways.    For Friday and Saturday nights admission will be only $20 each night for adults. Veterans, senior citizens 62 & over, and college students with ID will be $15 each, kids 6-16 will be $10 each. Kids 5 and under will be free. Pit admission will be $35 each night.    An entry fee will be $25 per car for Super Late Models, Crate Late Models, and Outlaw E-Mods. Street Stocks will have a $10 per car entry fee. All entry fees will be deducted from winnings.    The New Stateline Speedway Presented by Lite House Auto is located south of Jamestown, NY on Kortright Rd in the town of Busti, NY races every Saturday with activities getting underway promptly at 7:00 PM. Pit gates open at 4 PM with fan gates opening at 5.
