The 'Paula Southwell Memorial' pays tribute to the daughter of long-time and current Outlaw E-Mod driver, Butch Southwell. With a purse paying $2,000 to win with 30 laps of racing...We should expect some of the biggest names in e-mod races to arrive at the track.
