Test & Tune

TEST & TUNE SET FOR THURSDAY, JUNE 18TH!

June 12, 2020

We have been working with local government to come up with an acceptable race plan, and are finally able to offer a “Test & Tune” session on Thursday, June 18th at The New Stateline Speedway.

The session will run from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM, with the Pit Gate opening at 4:00 PM.

Each car that attends the “Test and Tune” will be allowed 1 driver and 3 crew members, (total of 4 people per car) for the test session, on our 97-acre facility.

Since you will be required to fill out additional paperwork please email us to let us know if you are attending the Test and Tune session, and who will be attending with you, it would be very helpful to include Driver/Team Members (Max 4), Class and Car Number.  We will then send you the paperwork to fill out and hand in when you arrive at the track.  You can email newstateline19@gmail.com to sign up for the session and receive the needed paperwork.

Also, let us know if you have any Minors on the team and we’ll send a Minor Release along, so it can be completed prior to arriving at the track.   All paperwork will also be posted on our website http://newstatelinespeedway.com

Please remember that while we are all excited to be back at the track, that there are additional restrictions in place. To ensure we get to continue each week, it will be very important that we are all doing our part.

*No Fans (Spectators) - We miss you!
*Race Teams must arrive together (Max 4 people per car)
*$20 Pit Pass (Cash or Check)
*Please have exact amount as no change will be provided
*Pit Gate Opens at 4:00 PM

*Following CDC Guidelines of Social Distancing:

Face Masks are recommended and encouraged, but not mandatory

“CLEAN-COVER-CONFINE” to ensure all surfaces are disinfected, practice good hygiene and stay within designated areas and minimize social interactions.

**All cars must pass inspection before being permitted on the race track**

We appreciate your support with these additional mandated rules, as they are beyond our control. It is the first step in getting back to Saturday night racing. If you are sick, have a fever, have tested positive for COVID-19 or been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, please stay home until you have been through the proper screenings. Please do your part to stop the spread of germs and other illnesses.

Thank you for waiting patiently for us to make an announcement.
